Desktop PC or Laptop
We are an Outbound Call Centre about to upgrade many of our handlers PC's which are used to source potential prospect businesses.

My question is do we invest in Desk Top Pc or Laptops?

Normally desktops
Normally desktops are the best option for the contact centre - with Ethernet ports for fast speed.

I would also suggest that you get two 32 inch screens connected as well.
