Do you have any package for running kind of IVR Circuit during BCP triggered
Let's say, when we got unscheduled centrilized incoming call contarts, what can we do to ensure call SLV to meet target(80/20)?
Different scenarios pop up in my mind
- With or with existing book
- Repeated contacts(benchmark can be ≥3 or above)
- Block non-consumers' requirement
etc..

One of the biggest scenarios is where you have an outage - particularly if it is geographic.

People will often call up to tell you that there is an outage or to report that they have no service.

You can play a message to callers saying that there is an outage in a particular area and give an estimate of when you expect service to be resumed. You then say that if they still need assistance to press one or to stay on the line.

This will mean that many of these callers do not enter the service queue, so helping to meet service level.

If you use CLI you may be able to program the IVR so that it only plays the message to callers from that geographic area.
