On an Inbound Call, if an agent says to a customer " Can you confirm the MOBILE number we have on the system" is this a DPA breach because we are insintuating that it's a mobile number we have on the system and not a landline.

No this would not be a breach
It is easy to get too carried away on DPA. This would not be a breach.

However, if you gave out the number then that would be a breach.
