Anyone using e-learning in their call centre? If so are they bespoke or off the shelf packages.

Just curious - have nothing to sell.

clarify question
I have used e-learning.

I am not quite sure what you mean by your bespoke or off the shelf remark (I do know what they mean).

The system is customizable if thats what you mean..but it would have to be...

Could you explain what information you are looking for?

Difference
I assume he's talking about the difference between:
a) buying and customising a software package
b) having it written completely from scratch.

Short answer is we use off the shelf, branded for us.

However I will say from a personal point of view
I really don't get on with the ones for Office products etc...

I tend to find the correct answer is something I no longer do,
ie: Go to the menu bar, select file then open. If I do my normal CtlO
or use the icon it will fail me.

I also find there is no AI within the parser for tect so you have to
type exactly what's on screen.

Just my
2p worth.
