Call centre manager


Can anyone recommend a good email management system? I currently have around 16 inboxes that the call centre needs to help manage complaints, corporate orders, new sales etc which each have multiple users. It all gets very messy over peak periods.

For a simple to manage system

OTRS may be worth looking at.

Seems to have the basic functionality

for merging and tracking so taking the strain

off of the mail server and queues.

That said you pay your money etc...

There are lots out there, so, don't just look at the one.

There are many that will do the job but I'd also consider a multi-channel strategy that will help to reduce the inbound volumes and help to smooth out the peaks.
