Employee Ranking
We are exploring how to optimise shift bidding & schedule preferencing in Aspect Workforce Management and one area I would like some insight around is what metric do businesses use to rank/order employees?
I understand there is options to add in a external metric through the employee extra field but I would be keen to understand what type of metrics are used today.
For example we have discussed Net Promotor Scores, Sales Conversion to start the conversation but any recommendations/suggestions would be welcomed.

Be very careful of ranking employees as it can easily be counter productive if it gets out.

If you must, then breaking employees into certain groups, may be better - e.g. Red Amber Green, based for example on quality scores and adherence.
