Hi there!
I recently had an exchange with a top customer service author, and I am left...dismayed. I would love direct feedback about this conversation (that happened over Twitter). I recognize that I should have phrased my initial question to him in a different fashion, but I am still left disappointed.

I read your conversation and it looks like a difficult exchange.

People can easily misconstrue what is written if you are looking for advice.

I don't think that you did anything wrong in your initial exchange, but personally I would not have kept it going and would have looked elsewhere for help.
