Hi, I have the volumes for 24 intervals and need to break it into 48 intervals. Please help

Split hour to half hour.
You have two options

1. Extrapolate the data

so if you have
Hour 1 = 100
Hour 2 = 200
Hour 3 = 250

Then you break it down into half Hours

Then you apply a moving average

40% of the hourly calls are handled within the first 15 minutes of the hour.
30% in the next hour.

So 55% in the first half hour and 45% in the second half hour.
