GDPR and Outbound calls
Hi Guys, we record all outbound calls and currently have to repeat a one liner about recording calls to every person. Just wondering if any other businesses have come up with any other solutions around this?
Out of all the calls I get personally from call centres, my company is the only one I have ever heard say this repeatedly!
Obviously not everyone may record all outbound calls, but lots must!
