Headcount calculation

I receive about 400 cases per month. We need to ensure these are now done within 30 business days.

Currently we’re getting about 80% done in 15 business days.

How do I work out the headcount required?

Add around 20% to your workforce
There is very little difference in headcount between 15 days and 30 days.

If you are only getting 80% done in 15 days, then you probably only have 80% of your headcount requirement. So it sounds like you need to increase your headcount by 25% to reach 100% headcount to meet your service level.
