Homeworking Compensation
I would like to know if other call centers that are now working from home provide internet service provider compensation or personal cell phone usage reimbursements of any kind - either monthly stipends or some contribution to the at home costs incurred by the agents as part of compensation? And/or Any one time amounts given to new agents setting up a home office?

It very much depends.

It is quite common for the company to pick up a share of the internet connectivity - particularly if you mandate that employees have the fastest speeds. A 50% share - or a flat fee would seem fair.
