Hot Desk booking
Hi all, I have a basic question. For hot desking within larger organisations what solution do people use? Simple and mobile app not neccessary.

How about a Google Sheet
Generally it has in most organisations that I have seen a function of the receptionist.

You could have a Google sheet that everyone could see, but not add to. You have a simple form to make a booking which is sent to the owner who decides whether the meeting room should be booked (e.g. to avoid block booking etc).
