How do I manually adjust my Adherence data
Hi, I'm looking for some help in regards to manually adjusting or re sending data for adherence purposes. On Monday and Tuesday of this week we lost our Realtime feed from IEX and as such the data being produced for adherence is very poor as for the times RT was down it shows all agents out of adherence. Is there a way I can re send the feed for these times or completely omit the data so that it doesn't impact agent KPI areas. Thanks

This sounds like a question for your technology provider. The only other option I can think of is to refocus your KPIs until the situation resolves itself, maybe add a greater weighting to quality scores and attendance rates.
