how do i manually compute for the service level of 2 split/skills?
How to I go about computing for the combined TSF of 2 splits. Should I just do straight averaging even though their respective call volumes are different?

Weighted average
You have to split them down individually and effectively do a weighted average.

So say
Split A - 100 calls 85% of calls answered in 20 seconds.
Split B - 200 calls 75% of calls answered in 20 seconds.

Total number of calls = Split A 100 calls + Split B 200 calls = 300 calls.

Number answered in service level
Split A = 85% X 100 = 85 calls answered in service level
Split B = 75% X 200 = 150 calls answered in service level
Total answered in service level = 150 + 85 = 235 calls

Overall service level = 235 calls answered in service level / 300 calls answered * 100 = 78.3%
