What is service level and how is it calculated

Service Levels
Hi There,

A Service Level is a target set by department managers for Call Centres to achieve

Example:
100 calls presented
100 calls answered
50 calls answered within 20 seconds

Your service level calculation would be =(Calls Answered < Service Level)/(Calls Presented) = 50%
