How long do you need to keep recorded calls for?

We currently have a call recording system which we primarly use for training purposes. Is there a limit on how long we hold the calls for or is it simply a matter of how much space we have on our system?


It depends on the type of call, if it's an FSA regulated

environment there's specifics as to how long it needs

to be retained. This varies around the type of call, however, in

the protection market sales calls,I believe, must be kept for three years.
