Anyone using IEX have agents that are in more than 50 skills? If so how do you skill them since there is 50 skill max?

Hi Renee, my question would be why do you have so many skills? i would suggest reviewing your setup and minimising your skill groups if possible. Their is probably a cost benefit to reducing the workload required too.

I agree there should be a more efficient way especially considering the customer experience but this is not an option
