Industry Standard for Transfer Rates?

Does anyone know what the industry standard is for transfer rates?
FCR is between 70 - 75% but I'm not sure that is the same as transfer rates.

I have never seen one

I have never seen an industry standard for transfer rates and I am not sure how useful it would be.
