Is there a call center in the world that pays employees based on performance?
Is there a call center in the world that pays the salaries of its employees based on their function and the time of attendance is not important?
For example, a person with 200 calls responds to have an income and a person with 100 calls responds to have a lower income.
Of course, I do not mean rewards and salaries based on performance

I would not recommend it
There probably is a place like that but I would not recommend it.

If you pay per call you incentivize a lot of poor quality short calls. At the worst level it encourages employees to hang up on callers.

This just leads to poor service. Much better to pay per hour and bring in a good quality system based on outcomes.
