Looking for Recommendations for Scheduling software
The contact centre I manage has been using spreadsheet based schedules for some time now. I am tasked with exploiting options to move away from this to something more dynamic and automated. The contact centre has three departments, Sales, Admin and key accounts and each person needs specific time in the day to complete specific back office tasks such as emails and account management. I have found plenty of software out there that lets you choose shift patterns ( this isn’t so much needed as everyone is on set shifts) but i am struggling to find something that allows men to input lots of tasks throughout the day as well as making calls. Does anyone have any suggestions that i could investigate further
