Low Productivity Due to unresolved customer queries

My productivity is low due to customers queries that are not resolved.
How do I achieve productivity?

I cannot meet my productivity KPI because the call center is not FCR focused

You can only do what you can control
You can only do things that are in your control. Personally I would focus on giving the best customer service that I can. Don't worry about how long the call takes, just make sure that the customer is happy.

If this is not possible then I would suggest that you may be better off working for another company that is more customer centric.
