Measuring E-mail Quality
Recently we have noticed a rise in our e-mail traffic and now have a devoted team to answering queries and dealing with complaints. We have a robust quality system for calls but I am struggling to create something for written correspondence. Does anyone have anything they could share with me to give me ideas?
