Non voice emails
New starter on non voice emails in a customer contact centre. What is the average expected number of emails (responses) per day expected from new starters? I’m worried I’ll have a target to live up straight away to but I’d rather investigate the case properly and take my time getting to know h tv e systems and reply correctly to the customer rather than feel under pressure with numbers. Never worked in a CC before so not sure what to expect. Thanks

It varies between 35 and 120 depending upon complexity
Focus on doing each one properly. You should worry about the quality of the service that you deliver, not the speed.

We've been told it's 6ph which I'm struggling with as they all can't be solved in that time. Wondered if there's a system experienced workers use? Thanks.
