NPS for the Insurance Industry

I am looking for some NPS averages for the insurance industry. I know global NPS standards would be:

-100-0 bad
0-30 good
30-70 great
70-100 world class

However I would like to understand how these banding differ for the insurance industry. What’s the average?


Call Centre Helper

I would say
Up to 5 - average
Good 5 -20
Excellent 40+

But it varies so much.

A lot of it is governed by factors apart from customer satisfaction.

I could have great customer service but still move if I shop round for a better price.

It also depends upon when you ask the question as well.
