Open or close?
Given tonight’s update by Boris, does this mean all centres should close unless it’s nhs etc?

Where possible they should stay open
Contact Centres provide an important public service. Where possible they should stay open.

You can use home working technology to ensure that staff can stay safe.

If you need to bring people into the office, make sure that desks are situated at least 2 metres apart. You may need to adjust staffing levels to make sure that not too many people are int he office at any time - perhaps by extending opening hours.
