Outsourcing New Billing Model
We are in process to change to change our billing model for outsourcing ( Inbound Call Center) . The reason behind this is that we are using currently Pay/Call model which is not effictive as vendor is answering the calls after thersolds ( 30 Sec) which leads to unachive SL target .
One of the ideas put forward is to pay according to SL is achieved or not (Model based on SL) with both benefit to my organization and the vendor as well ... i didnt know from where i can start ... Any Ideas For That ???

Pay based on Service Level
One idea you could do is to have a pay per minute (or pay per call) model, but add on a bonus payment if certain service level and quality thresholds are met.
