Overflow calls
Could you please help me with the following question: in my contact center there are 10 skill groups, e.g. 1,2...10. Each group is responsible for its own project. But group 10 is trained for getting group 1 calls in case of overflow. The question is should I create different overflow group for group 10 for transfering overflow calls or should I tansfer overflow calls from group 1 to group 10? Thank you

Overflow group.
If you construct your routing via the other alternative you indicated, you risk losing call count integrity, because you are potentially recycling the same call into a skill group multiple times. Bad news!
