What is the current average sickness absence rate for private sector call centres?

According to a survey by the Office for National Statistics (published in March 2017) the average number of sickness days per UK employee was 4.3 days per year.

The sickness rate was higher in the public sector (2.9%) than those working in private firms (1.7%)

However, is or are these figures truly representative of the CC industry in isolation - these feel low to reality?
Does anyone know of data specific to the CC industry that supports to split this information even further eg. IB vs OB, Front office (Voice) to Back office - NOn Voice for example.
