Is it industry standard that the QA supervisor is solely responsible for the improvement of overall quality scores of a call center when the management structure of the call center includes Call Center Supervisors and a Call Center Manager?

Seems odd- I'm responsible for supporting the operation to make improvements by providing actionable insight, not delivering the changes myself.

IN our model, QA Supervisor can provide insight into trends. However, the operations team such as Supervisor and Ops manager are responsible for gathering additional data and implementing changes or scheduling additional training as needed.
