Question about non voice scheduling with ERLANGC calculator
Dear,

I am using ERLANGC calculator to do non voice scheduling, I tried to input 1440(60*24) mins in [in a period of], after the calculation I got a [Number of Agents required] with 5.

Can I understand this by if we can keep 5 members in each hour of the day so we can meet the target?

Hope anybody can give me some suggestion.

Thank you very much for all of you~

What figures were you trying to enter
If the answer was 5 then that tends to indicate that you needed 5 people at each interval.

Better to use the online version and select "In 24 hours" as the dropdown option. This will then spread the load across the day
