Ratio of Real-time Analysts to agents
I'm trying to find some guidance on the ratio of Real-time analysts (RTAs) to agents. There's plenty of recommendations on schedulers to agents (usually 1:100) but I can't seem to find anything for real-time.

I did hear somewhere that it was 1:80 where you need one RTA for every 80 agents.

It depends so much on the business.

A ratio of Real-time analysts (RTAs) to agents 1:80 seems about right.
