Recruitment Assessment Centres
I am currently reviewing the way we run our recruitment assessment centres for staff within our Call Centre. Typical roles include Customer Care and Telesales Advisors.

As part of the review, I am very keen in developing business links with other Professionals who have responsibility for similar recruitment activity.

I am particularly interested in sharing exercises but also 'sitting in' on a variety of assessment centres to gain ideas on what works well, what doesn't, different approaches and formats etc.

Any suggestions or interest in the above would be gratefully welcomed!

what works well
Job matching works very well for call center staffing
since it helps avoid hiring people who will not become
successful in a call center environment. The hard part
is convincing call center managers that high turnover
and low productivity are avoidable.
