Does anyone know which forecast method is suitable for estimating the required staff for handling email with SLA (T+1) due to huge email received per day, around 600+ to 900+.

With such a long SLA
With such a long SLA target time, then it essentially becomes a straight calculation on number of tasks per employee per hour. Erlang does not come into it.
