Rolling out Work Force Management to a Center that never had it before
I work for a company that is very employee focused (employees come before customers in our mission statement), and we are rolling out Work Force Management to them for the very first time. We are in the process of configuring our new WFM software, and hope to roll it out to frontline agents in May. I am an experienced workforce analyst, but my previous roles were managing an established WFM system not launching it for the first time. Do have any tips?
