Topic Views - 404

So we have a new Telecoms Project and we need to make a Sxript for it. What does everyone on here think is the best way. is it to physically write the script with the danger of staff reading it verbatum or do it with bullet points.
Seeking advice of those on here that have experience please.. Verry grateful for your input
