Does anyone have any tips on the best course of training for seasonal call centre workers?
I operate a call centre for about 6 months of the year where we tend to have new agents each time but there are a couple that return as well as keeping the same manager
Does anyone else operate in this way

With a seasonal programme you need to keep the training as focussed as you can, so a lot of it may be around how to get help for non standard situations.

Otherwise it is based on a standard onboarding process, but maybe it could be modular.
