does service level can more than answering label in call center..could u please explain???

Service level cannot be more than answering level
if you answer for example 95 call out of 100 then your answer level is 95% there can be 2 scenarios in this case.

1. 100% of the call will get answered in service level = all 95 call gets answered in threshold.
2. Or less than 100% will get answered in service level threshold = 80% of 95 calls gets answered in service level threshold which 76 calls.
