Staff motivation while working from home
I work in the QA team for a relatively small call centre. A bit part of my role involves celebrating success, staff engagement and staff motivation. As a team, we found this much easier to do in the office. I was just after ideas from anyone else with these responsibilities who are currently working from home how you are managing? We have an internal chat system so we regularly post in there celebrating success and we also celebrate during 1-2-1's / feedback sessions. We have a small budget where staff can get a voucher for hard work etc. With the current situation I feel like moral is a little low and sometimes this reflects in scores.
