start up anticipating 1k calls per day
hi- i work at a saas start up. our business is expanding with partners. these partners have asked what customer service we have to support 1000 calls per day. Ive read your blogs etc but we have no historical knowledge to calculate know how many agents we would need for that volume of calls. how do you suggest we proceed?
