Suggestion Box

I was hoping somebody may be able to give me some ideas of what they use in their contact centre to get employees' suggestions/ideas.

I am aware of the suggestion box, but was thinking of a more modern option, by still keeping it anonymous.

Is keeping it anonymous a new way of doing

things, my thoughts is to really get people involved and give them the recognition should these suggestion be used.
