Hello all.

Our call center has what's known within our business as bricks. Each department has them. An example of one is our customer retention program. Agents calling back their first time buyers to see how they could improve their experience. Right now we're working on an agent to agent training class where each agent coaches the rest on a certain topic. We are constantly being pushed by upper management to add more bricks. Can you share any ideas that would work? It could be anything that could hopefully increase a sale, a project of some sort that would be continuous. Thanks from reading.

At a previous workplace we have really worked hard to connect with customers on a more personal level. This has helped us to increase sales by finding out more about our customers and identifying suitable products to offer them.
