Hi
our company decide to lunch the real state field so we need to desig VIP customer care for people who work in this field.
I need some advice for setting good targets, KPI, and the structure of team.
Could you pleas help me to find the best way?

For service level for VIPs I would suggest Answering 90% of calls in 15 seconds
