WFM scheduling
I am a supervisor of a small call center of 13 agents and I am needing help in setting up a Excel spread sheet to set schedules, break, and lunches based off the call volumes for my team. If I can be pointed in the direction of a template or any insight would be helpful.

Create an hourly grid
I have not seen a template but it could be quite simple to set up

This can be quite simple to set up

If you have the hours (or 30/ 15 minute intervals) at the top of the columns
You put a shift type in each row and in each cell the number of people in each cell.

You then total up the totals to work out the number required.
