What are the some of the key assessments to look out for when recruiting for Emails and Social Media desks?
What sort of recruitment assessment should I plan to deploy, especially is I am recruiting strictly for Email support and also for Social Media support?

You can quickly identify what kind of person you want and set an assessment to attract this specific qualities

Set up a task as part of the interview: give them some real life scenarios and ask them to come up with responses within a set time

If it\'s engagement within your social media account - ask them to show you examples of their past correspondence (For social media it\'s always a different kind of communication - people expect responses in real time - if they communicate with you in the public domain you will need someone who can engage in things like anger and humour - do they use correct grammar/ are emojis acceptable?

It\'s also handy to ask them about their communication style and tone and see if it fits in with your company values
