What is a good featureless voip?
I just got a part-time remote job at a company. I'll be receiving calls from their software and it specifically requires two things: No voicemail and no call waiting. If I'm on a call and a call comes in, the system needs to receive a busy tone to know that I'm still taking a call.

I've tried:

Ooma: No ability to disable call waiting
MagicJack: High latency, some interference in the sound
Traditional Landline AT&T: Nearly $40 a month. No go.

Are there any other good alternatives before I pull the trigger and go with TWC Voice?
