What percent of calls do not call back
Looking for a study that was done estimating that 34% of callers do not call back a company if they abandoned while in queue

This is the rule of thumb
Less than 5% Abandoned – No spin
5–10% Abandoned – 33% of Those Who Abandoned are Spin
10–20% Abandoned – 50% of Those Who Abandoned are Spin
20%+ Abandoned – Panic!
