What's the best way to calculate how many agents to staff for the day when you have FTE data per interval?
Throughout the day, you may have intervals that require more agents than the number of agents you calculated using the total volume. Do I staff at maximum? But that isn't cost efficient. If I staff based on the day's total volume/workload, I would miss SLA's. Please help! Thank you!
