Who is using 8x8 or Puzzel with full Microsoft Teams integration?
Hello - Is anyone currently using 8x8 or Puzzel in their contact centre and would be willing to spare me (and a couple of lovely colleagues) an hour of their time for a screen share and chat about its functionality, reporting capabilities and ease of use? We're in the pre-tender stages of looking for a replacement contact centre telephony system (approx. 50 seats) and are interested to hear about and see real experiences of using these systems. Thanks
