Hi all

i have recently taken management of a call centre that is in its "infancy" so to speak and currently building it up

There are no real tools that we use at the moment.

I have been doing some homework on call forecasting to service level and staffing requirements and have come across a tool called "cc-modeler professional" which in some ways sets us in the right direction without having to invest in an enterprise solution yet

My question is, does anyone know of any other software that i can look at and compare to that is marginally cheaper or more expensive
