What should be ZTPs for a call centre ??

A few ideas
I have not seen a Zero Tolerance Policy for a Call Centre but I imagine there are two sides to it.

1. Dealing with abusive behaviour from Customers
We have put together a policy here

2. Making sure there is an internal policy so that staff can come to work without fear of violence, abuse or harassment.
This probably needs to include a number of areas
- Bullying and Intimidation
- Improper Sexual Conduct
- Equality (Sexism and Racism)
- Stealing
- Use of Drugs (and possibly Alcohol)
